Continuing Education (CE) Credits:

Physician CME: the conference will provide a maximum of 17.0 hours of Category II credit towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award.  Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Veterinary CE:  the Texas State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners has approved a total of 17.0 CE hours for full attendance by veterinarians.

Registered Veterinary Technician CE: the Texas Veterinary Medical Association has approved a total of 17.0 CE hours for full attendance by Registered Veterinary Technicians.
Animal Control Officer CE:  the Department of State Health Services has approved a total of 17.0 CE hours for full attendance by Animal Control Officers.
CHES/MCHES - an application has been submitted to award Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES) and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) up to 17 total Category I Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH).  Maximum Advanced-level contact hours requested is 17.  SOPHE, including its chapters, is a designated multiple event provider of CECHs by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing.

Sanitarian CE:  the conference will provide a maximum of 17.0 CE hours for sanitarians.

Certified in Public Health – the National Board of Public Health Examiners has approved a total of 17.0 CE hours for full attendance by those Certified in Public Health.
