THE WAIT IS OVER: SUBMISSION TO PUBLICATION TIME IS SHORTER
Having plenty of manuscripts in the publication queue is a good "problem" to have - having emptied the queue is NOT. The good news is that time of submission until time of publication is now about 3-6 months, versus the 12-18 months that we had previously.
If you've had an article "smoldering" on your desk, or a case study just begging to be shared - NOW is the time to submit it to Clinical Laboratory Science.
You don't have to be a seasoned author to submit your article to Clin Lab Sci. Instructions to Authors can be found at the ASCLS website, in both written format and as a narrated PowerPoint presentation; go to http://www.ascls.org/?page=Authors. All the necessary forms and checklists are also available on the ASCLS site.
