[ASCLS Education SA] Moderators for ASCLS Annual Meeting

We are in the final phases of preparation for our 79th Annual Meeting &
Lab Expo in Atlanta, Georgia July 27 - 30, 2011.  

As AMSC Chair, it is my responsibility to arrange for moderators for the
educational sessions.  Could you please volunteer and put this out on
your list serve for other members who will be attending the meeting? 

 

In general, this task would involve arriving in the session room 10-15
minutes before it begins to check on the speaker and to assure that the
AV needed is present (it should be; if not contact one of us at the
meeting registration desk).  In addition you will also need to introduce
the speaker, disseminate and collect the PACE evaluation forms, and
disseminate any handouts the speaker may have.  At the end of the
session we ask that you tally the evaluation forms and return the
moderator packet to the meeting registration desk.  

 

If you are planning to attend the meeting and would like to assist by
serving as a moderator, please notify me by June 10.  Review the
preliminary program and decide which session (sessions) you plan to
attend and would be willing to serve as moderator. 

 

Please notify me by June 10, 2011. Send me an e-mail with the session(s)
you are willing to moderate and your contact info (e-mail address).  As
the date draws closer, detailed instructions will be sent to the
moderators from Sherry Miner.  Contact me if you have any questions.  I
